A jury of Mr. Williams peers decided his fate. Another crime would be committed if Schwarzenegger overturns that decision. I get the impression that you don't care for the present California governor. So be it, but his predecessor was just about as stupid as our current president.

Is it a crime to overturn a court ruling? I didn't know that. I suppose our government have been breaking the law everytime they pardon or grant clemency, eh?

Maybe you will be out in the streets protesting the next time a Republican president pardons his buddies, eh? Or the next time an appeals court overturns a lower court ruling? Or maybe the next time a governor grants clemency? Or maybe the next time a parole board grants parole?

Give me a break dude. Life changes. Things change. Don't be stuck in cement.

Heh...Interesting video you found there. Funny to see The Governor grabbing butt and dry-humping those dancers from behind. Classic.

If Congress changes the law (which won't happen, of course) and he is able to run for president, you can bet your bottom dollar that the Democrats will make sure that everyone sees that video. After seeing that clip, people will wonder why everyone made such a big deal out of Howard Dean's primal scream speech.

I don't know if Ahnuld is the right guy to determine whether William or any other inmate should live or die. (I suppose it could be worse, it could be Mel Gibson deciding William's fate.)

While I would prefer to see the sentence commuted to life without parole Ahnuld decision may serve as his political death sentence.

Arnold should have stuck with acting. At least in acting one can do whatever one wants and say it is artistic license. In politics, one has to justify things whether by reality check or rhetoric. Unfortunately, neither way gives a good reason to kill Williams. He has done evil but he is saving lives today because of his evil before. Let the man keep doing it. That is a much better and longer punishment than killing now. Death is the easy way out.

You have no idea how sick this makes me. Not only is the California governor not qualified enough to make a decision like this, a majority of the major media outlets are doing nothing but supporting his death, praising those who are related to the "again alleged victims" of Tookie, and completely arguing down those in favor of Tookie. He is qualified by the electorate of California that elected him into office. If the people of California felt he lacked the ability to make a decision such as this, he would not be Governor.
