New Yorkers are Willing to Fight the Terrorists!
On August 21, 2005, Right Wing News labeled Cindy Sheehan-- "pro-terrorist". The next day, Euphoric Reality (another whacked-out right-wing blog) claimed that Cindy Sheehan was, in fact, "a terrorist."
Three days later, right-wing pundit Ann Coulter howled out her belief that New Yorkers would "immediately surrender" if terrorists invaded their city.
On September 19, 2005, at Union Square, the New York Police Department broke up a peaceful group that gathered around so-called terrorist Cindy Sheehan. In so doing, the police physcially grabbed the terrorist in question, and kept her from speaking in public. (Check out the video at Crooks and Liars)
I guess it's official then, New Yorkers are willing to fight the terrorists. Take that Ann Coulter!
